HELP
Thanks for surfin’ into Aura’s mobile movie site! You can watch trailers right here on your mobile phone. Because there are soooo many mobile devices with different media players, we put together this page to help you pick the right video format to watch. We don’t list every phone since the list would be six miles long but the following should help.
Just keep in mind that many factors influence video playback and there really aren’t any standards to make video play on all devices. Our servers are worldwide and we stream you video from the closest server to you to minimize problems. Other factors such as the type of phone processor, signal strength, internet connection, carrier restrictions and phone memory may affect playback.
Any Windows Mobile platform should choose Windows Media/Smartphone streams. If you have any problems streaming such as audio or playback problems, pick a lower speed version.
Motorola phones (e.g. Razr and Slvr) should download the 3GP or MP4 versions to their device then play it. Some phones do support streaming 3GP.
Blackberry users with video support should download the 3GP or MP4 versions to their device then play it. Not all Blackberry devices support video nor have a video player factory installed.
Palm users with video support should download the 3GP version to their device then play it. Not all Palm devices support video nor have a video player factory installed.
Symbian OS users (e.g. Sony Ericsson, some Nokia, some Samsung) should download the 3GP version to their device then play it.
Nokia phones with video players should download the 3GP version to their device then play it.
